Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship out all in stock items within 3 business days for standard delivery. This does not include weekends and statutory holidays. If we are out of stock of an item, you will be notified immediately.
If you require expedited delivery, please email us at sales@terrassa.ca or call 905-484-1765. We will make every effort to accommodate your special requirements.
Please note: Terrassa only ships to Canada and P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for delivery.
Currency & Applicable Taxes: All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. All sales tax is based on the location to which the order is being shipped and is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Options: Terrassa Inc. uses PayPal online payment services. PayPal is the undisputed leader in fast, easy and safe online transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Returns & Refund Policy
Terrassa Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your product we will gladly provide you with a credit or refund under the following conditions
All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing sales@terrassa.ca within 10 days of receipt.
Please provide the order number, your name (and/or the name the item was ordered under) and the product you are returning.
We will provide you with an authorization number – any item returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
-Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
-We are unable to refund the freight charges. The return freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.
-All special orders and sales items are final sale and are not refundable.
Damaged Returns: Terrassa Inc. takes all necessary precaution to ensure your product arrives in good condition. Occasionally however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. We will make every effort to obtain a replacement at no cost to you.
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@terrassa.ca
A representative will send you a step-by-step guide through the return process and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Terrassa Inc. reserves the right to refuse or issue a refund/replacement in the event that the item is found damaged due to misuse or if the damage is due to normal wear & tear.
Terms & Conditions:
Your account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Terrassa Inc. makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
Termination: Terrassa Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders, if we believe you have violated any of our terms & conditions, including providing us with false information.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change our posted prices without notice.
Errors on our site: Prices and availabilities of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and Terrassa Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee or maximum of 50% cancellation and restocking fee plus any shipping charges incurred.
Privacy Policy
Terrassa Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy and will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your order, to let you know about our product introductions and other Terrassa news and promotions.
We do not automatically gather any personal information from you such as your name, number and email address. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily by registering an account.
Any personal information you provide is protected under the Federal Privacy Act of Canada.
Your purchase payments are processed on PayPal’s secure payment services website and Terrassa Inc. only collects your contact information and shipping address.
